Prices are charged for each day or part of day (the cat pens are not booked out to more than one customer/day, therefore allowing for thorough cleaning and disinfection).

To book for a stay at Greenbarn a 50% non-refundable/transferable deposit of the total fee is required with a completed booking form. The remaining 50% is payable on your cat’s arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days only without a deposit.

Cheques or cash are accepted, made payable to J. Terrill with a valid guarantee card (sorry no debit/credit cards). We also accept electronic bank transfers, please contact us for details.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are charged at double rate. Over christmas we are closed for arrivals/collections for 5 days (7 day minimum stay).

Christmas bookings are payable in full at time of booking and payments are non-refundable or transferable.
